High Impact Young Manager Programme

Introduction

This is a three-day practical workshop that will help supervisors and junior managers develop core leadership skills of communication, motivation, goal setting, and performance management.

The ‘High Impact Young Manager’ programme has been designed to meet the needs of organisations which have technically qualified employees in roles that require them to manage people for superior performance. It is also ideal for supervisors and managers who have been newly shifted from a 'doing' role to one that requires 'leading.'
